Macro Hacks Challenge Contest Rules and Regulations
Welcome to the 2021 Macro Hacks Challenge by Redefining Strength! The goal of this challenge is to help transform your body, create something sustainable and hit your goals! We're here to help you make that change and we are committed to provide any assistance that you need along the way. Below are the official rules and regulations for the contest.
• You must be 18 years or older to be eligible to win.
• Your before and after photos and videos must be the originals and not altered in any way.
• To be considered you must post photos and measurements in the SHIFT app that we run through the Everfit platform.
• The winner will be decided by Redefining Strength. We’ll be contacting the winners by e-mail and/or phone directly as well, so be sure your contact info is correct.
• Winners of the Macro Hacks Challenge will win a monetary prize or a supplement from Redefining Strength. $500 for 1st place. $250 for second place. $100 for 3rd place. A Free Supplement of your choice for 4th place.
• We will choose the candidate(s) we feel had the best transformation(s). This is a supportive contest so no bad attitudes!
• Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, or custom duties.
• By submitting your photo, you understand that the images you submit to us become the sole property of Redefining Strength and we are free to use your images as we see fit.

Full Rules and Regulations
The 2021 Macro Hacks Challenge is a self-improvement contest. The goal of this challenge is to help transform your body, create something sustainable and hit your goals! We're here to help you make that change by providing trainer assistance along the way.
Redefining Strength reserves the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules at its sole discretion and without notice to individual participants. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prizes will be published online at macrohacks.redefiningstrength.com/contest-rules-and-regulations1619046224787. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final.
Each participant assumes all risk of injury, harm or loss of any kind arising from participation in the Macro Hacks Challenge. As with any diet and nutrition program, consult with your physician or health care provider before starting any new program.
Participants must notify Redefining Strength through their online profile of any change of email address or phone number. Winners who cannot be reached within seven (7) days at the email address or phone number in their profile will be disqualified.
Submission of your completed your photographs, and written responses (in whole or in part) may be used for promotional and advertising purposes to promote Redefining Strength, its business, and the Macro Hacks Challenge, in any media and in any manner whatsoever.
Submission of your completed entry shall be deemed your acceptance of these Rules and Regulations (as may be amended) and your voluntary transfer to Redefining Strength of all right, title, and interest, including copyright, of your photographs, videos and written responses. All information and materials submitted become the sole and exclusive property of Redefining Strength. Once pictures are submitted as part of the competition they become the sole property of Redefining Strength hand may not be used in another challenge.
Registration and final profile must include a before and after photo and measurements.
All winners are responsible for all applicable taxes; prizes are not transferable; and there will be no substitutions for the prizes.
TIMELINES AND DEADLINES
The Macro Hacks Challenge participants may register once for a chance to win. To enter you need to upload your photos and put your starting measurements in the app. Incomplete entries may be disqualified. Entries may be submitted prior to day 1 (May 3, 2021 11:59 PST). Winners will be announced within three weeks after the end of the challenge.
HOW YOU WILL BE JUDGED
Redefining Strength will select the winners in the contest from all eligible and completed entries. Winners will receive a monetary prize or a nutritional supplement.
WHO’S ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THIS CHALLENGE?
Challenge participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The Macro Hacks Challenge is subject to applicable federal and state laws and is void in all states and countries where skill contests requiring proof of purchase are prohibited.
Employees and affiliates of Redefining Strength, and members of their immediate family (including spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household with any such individuals are ineligible.
Participants who were a previous challenge winner are eligible to win a second time.
